The objective of ArtReach is to improve the mental and physical well being of vulnerable, under served populations in our rural area, by providing high quality art activities in group settings.  This initiative, administered by GALA, will serve seniors & special citizens with limited financial resources, those who are at risk of social isolation and who cannot easily reach arts & cultural events on their own.
