Gulf Alliance for Local Arts is an umbrella arts organization established in 2003 to meet the cultural needs of the tri-county community we serve. Our mission statement: Gulf Alliance for Local Arts will coordinate, present, encourage and promote the Arts including visual, performing, literary and media arts, as well as art education in our community.
GALA works on behalf of the community to support a vibrant quality of life in Franklin, Gulf and eastern Bay county. GALA continually seeks ways to promote the area's diverse range of cultural events and traditions. Through innovative partnerships with local government entities, the business community, other non profits and educators, GALA seeks to enrich and improve the lives of citizens and visitors alike.
