Presented Arts in the Sun (an 18 station visual and performing arts event) for 4th and 5th grade students of Gulf County schools by local musicians, actors, visual artists, high school mentors, and Alliance volunteers. Created by Education Committee Chair, Ann Comforter. Filmed by the Florida Education Channel and available to Florida educators.

Presented The Forgotten Coast Artist’s Showcase in conjunction with the Antique & Classic Boat Show in Apalachicola. Booth fees were used for artist awards. Children’s activities included creating 2 large community paintings.

Collaborated on Taste of the Coast: an Artful Affair in the evening. 14 restaurants participated and local artists and authors contributed works to be sold at auction. Event raised $13,000 for the community, of which $7000 went to Arts Alliance. Chamber donated 50% of their bar proceeds to Arts Alliance.
