Connie Risinger
Connie Risinger is an accomplished pianist who prefers classical but is very comfortable playing easy listening, contemporary, and Christian music. Her vocal talents include solo and group participation in classical and Christian singing and she has been a chorale music director. Finally Connie is an active piano and voice teacher for young people in Mexico Beach and environs. She is particularly proud when she was the accompanist for the Rockledge Florida High School Chorus and they won "Best in State" (1990-1992).
After Connie completed her formal training at Brevard College in Cocoa, Florida, where she majored in piano performance and minored in voice, Connie continued her studies for an additional ten years enhancing her already considerable skills. She is a member of the Florida State Music Teachers Association, Northwest Florida Music Teachers Association, Florida Federation of Music Clubs, and Choctaw Bay Music Club.
